Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Economy Bot (the "Service") handles information. The Service is operated by Isla Noctis.

Information We Handle

• Discord user, server, channel, message, and role identifiers; member-role information may be processed for role-based features.
• Points and bank balances, inventories, game results including dino lives, and cooldown timestamps.
• Transaction and audit records, including action types, amounts, timestamps, moderator IDs and names, affected user IDs, and action details.
• Giveaway hosts, entrants, prize descriptions, Discord IDs, and giveaway timing and status.
• For dashboard sign-in, Discord ID, username, and avatar. The dashboard requests Discord's identify and guilds OAuth scopes and uses account identity to restrict administrator access.
• Message content is processed to recognize prefix commands and determine eligibility for the optional points reward feature. The reward handler does not save raw message text to the database.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide the Service's features described above, maintain service operation, enforce permissions, and address abuse or technical problems.

Storage and Retention

Bot feature data is stored in the MongoDB database configured by the operator. The reviewed code defines no automatic retention period or self-service deletion tool; data may remain until the operator removes it. Dashboard sign-in uses a session cookie.

Sharing

When configured, economy activity summaries and anti-cheat alerts are posted to Discord channels selected by the operator. Data is processed by Discord, the configured database and hosting providers, and dashboard asset CDNs. Server administrators may see points, transaction, giveaway, and audit information through available features.

We do not sell personal information. The policy site itself does not require an account or set a sign-in cookie. The hosting provider or reverse proxy may process standard request information, such as an IP address.

Your Choices and Requests

You can stop using the Service at any time. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with your account, contact the operator at [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained to operate the Service, resolve disputes, or comply with law.

Age and Policy Updates

The Service is not intended for anyone who is not permitted to use Discord under the age requirements applicable to them. We may update this policy by publishing a revised version here.
