This policy explains how Evrima 2 Population Bot (the "Service") handles information. The Service is operated by Isla Noctis.

Information We Handle

• Discord user, server, and channel identifiers and command text while processing prefix commands.
• Game-server status, name, and current and maximum player counts returned by the configured RCON server.
• Operational output, which may be retained by the host or process manager.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide the Service's features described above, maintain service operation, enforce permissions, and address abuse or technical problems.

Storage and Retention

The reviewed bot code keeps server status in memory and does not write user profiles or raw command text to a database. Process-output retention depends on the host's logging configuration.

Sharing

The bot sends command replies and its configured status to Discord and queries the game server through RCON.

We do not sell personal information. The policy site itself does not require an account or set a sign-in cookie. The hosting provider or reverse proxy may process standard request information, such as an IP address.

Your Choices and Requests

You can stop using the Service at any time. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with your account, contact the operator at [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained to operate the Service, resolve disputes, or comply with law.

Age and Policy Updates

The Service is not intended for anyone who is not permitted to use Discord under the age requirements applicable to them. We may update this policy by publishing a revised version here.
