This policy explains how Evrima RCON Bot (the "Service") handles information. The Service is operated by Isla Noctis.

Information We Handle

• Discord user, server, channel, and command information used to authorize and process commands.
• Steam and EOS identifiers, player names or profiles, server status, and RCON responses needed for lookups and administration.
• Ban records, including player identifiers, reasons, and expiration times, plus administrator actions and command output.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide the Service's features described above, maintain service operation, enforce permissions, and address abuse or technical problems.

Storage and Retention

The bot reads and updates configured MongoDB collections and local server and ban files. The server operator controls database and file retention; no general automatic deletion period was identified.

Sharing

Command results and moderation actions may be posted to configured Discord channels. The bot communicates with configured RCON servers and may query external game-profile services.

We do not sell personal information. The policy site itself does not require an account or set a sign-in cookie. The hosting provider or reverse proxy may process standard request information, such as an IP address.

Your Choices and Requests

You can stop using the Service at any time. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with your account, contact the operator at [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained to operate the Service, resolve disputes, or comply with law.

Age and Policy Updates

The Service is not intended for anyone who is not permitted to use Discord under the age requirements applicable to them. We may update this policy by publishing a revised version here.
