This policy explains how Noctis Helper (the "Service") handles information. The Service is operated by Isla Noctis.

Information We Handle

• Discord user and server identifiers, usernames, role membership, restored roles, staff actions, and staff check-in/check-out times.
• Steam and EOS identifiers, account links, game profile slots, character details, saved-game information, and server activity data.
• Moderation records such as ban or kick reasons, related user IDs, and staff audit messages.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide the Service's features described above, maintain service operation, enforce permissions, and address abuse or technical problems.

Storage and Retention

The reviewed code uses configured MongoDB collections, SQLite data, local files, and process logs. The operator controls retention and deletion across those stores; the code does not define one unified retention period.

Sharing

Information may be returned in Discord command responses or sent to configured staff and audit channels. The bot communicates with configured game servers and may use external game-profile services.

We do not sell personal information. The policy site itself does not require an account or set a sign-in cookie. The hosting provider or reverse proxy may process standard request information, such as an IP address.

Your Choices and Requests

You can stop using the Service at any time. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with your account, contact the operator at [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained to operate the Service, resolve disputes, or comply with law.

Age and Policy Updates

The Service is not intended for anyone who is not permitted to use Discord under the age requirements applicable to them. We may update this policy by publishing a revised version here.
