Terms of Service

These Terms apply to your use of Modmail (the "Service"). Relays direct messages between Discord members and a server's moderation staff in private support threads and keeps thread logs. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Acceptable Use
You must follow Discord's Terms and Community Guidelines and applicable laws. Do not exploit bugs, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service to violate another person's rights. Server administrators are responsible for their server's configuration, permissions, and decisions made using the Service.
Availability and Changes
The Service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of data. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. The operator may correct or remove data when needed to operate the Service or address abuse.
Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
